The annual award recognizes an exceptional CPESN Network Facilitator who demonstrates outstanding leadership, innovation, and dedication to advancing community pharmacy practice through CPESN.

As Lead Network Facilitator for CPESN Missouri, Eisenbeis has helped position Missouri as a leader in innovative pharmacy care delivery, rural health transformation, and health information exchange. Her work focuses on expanding patient-centered pharmacy services, strengthening network performance, and creating scalable infrastructure that supports community pharmacies in delivering and documenting enhanced care.
In her role as Director of Practice Development for the Missouri Pharmacy Association, Eisenbeis leads statewide and national initiatives focused on pharmacy care services, interoperability, and data-driven practice transformation. She oversees the development of SPHERE (System for Pharmacy Health Encounters Reporting and Evaluation), a platform designed to improve the reporting and evaluation of pharmacy-provided healthcare encounters while supporting the advancement of value-based care.
